Return & Refund Policy

• All sales are final.

• No Return and No Refund will be accepted under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

Online Orders

• A one-time exchange is allowed only for:

  • Size-related issues, or

  • Genuine manufacturing defects.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

• Products must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

• Exchange requests are subject to product quality inspection and stock availability.

• Customers are responsible for all courier/shipping charges related to exchanges.

Offline Store Purchases

• No exchange is available for products purchased from our physical store.

• Customers are requested to carefully inspect products before completing the purchase.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Sale or discounted products

• Customized or altered products

• Pre-booked or special-order items

Product Appearance

• Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are normal and shall not be considered defects.

Final Authority

• StyleNest by Shalini reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request after verification.

• The final decision regarding exchanges, eligibility, and policy interpretation rests solely with StyleNest by Shalini.
